What details do I have to provide?
Your First and Last name, your email address, and you’ll need a credit card to become a paying member.

What happens if I run out of credits while working on a project? Am I automatically upgraded? Or can I pay for more?
You can still access and edit your project, however, autocompletes will stop working. Simply upgrade your plan or wait until next month.

Do my credits run out? 
Yes, your credits run out every month, they do not rollover.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all credits are used up each month. This will be automatically topped up the next month if you have a valid subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time and you will be able to use the remainder of your credits. You will not be charged the following month.

Is there a free trial? What do I get as part of the free trial?
Yes there is a free trial of 10,000 credits, which is roughly 7,500 generated words

What happens at the end of the free trial period?
Once you run out of credits you may optionally enter your credit card details to subscribe

Is there a refund policy?
You have 24hrs to request a refund after payment. Please contact us ASAP and we will help you out.

Can I store my projects on the AI Screenwriter server or will they expire?
You can store your documents on AI Screenwriter indefinitely, or as long as your account remains active, or you can download them for safekeeping. We recommend downloading and saving as frequently as possible.
